Q&A with the Library

Navigating Library Services During the Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted many aspects of student life, and for many, the library - an essential space for studying, researching, and connecting with resources - was no longer accessible in the same way. However, the need for academic materials and support remained unchanged.

Students had questions: “How can I access online databases? Can I still pick up materials in person? How do I navigate the library’s VPN network?” and many more.

In response, WeSolve collaborated with the Library of the Athens Law School to organize a comprehensive Q&A session. This session was designed to address all the concerns students had about library services during the pandemic and ensure they could continue their academic work without interruption.

The session provided clear, practical solutions, offering a platform for students to get the answers they needed directly from library staff, ensuring that their studies stayed on track, even in uncertain times.
