Career Days

From Campus to Career: Bridging the Gap Between Students and the Workforce

Choosing a career path can be one of the most daunting aspects of university life. This is a challenge students voiced during our UniForm dialogue, which led to the creation of Career Days: a student-driven initiative that turned a shared concern into a meaningful, actionable event.

Career Days are designed to equip students with the tools and knowledge they need to move from the academic to the professional world. From crafting a compelling CV to exploring postgraduate opportunities and understanding the application process, these sessions provide practical, hands-on guidance to help students feel more confident and prepared for what lies ahead.

Led by Peppy Christala, Head of the CLC Institute, along with her expert team, each session offers valuable insights that give students the confidence to take the next step in their career journey. Whether online during the pandemic or in person in later years, Career Days have one goal: to turn questions into answers and plans into action.

At WeSolve, we take pride in turning student ideas into reality, bridging the gap between theory and practice and ensuring that students are ready for the next phase of their journey.
